Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, PostBold may access the following LinkedIn data:
- Profile information: Your name, profile photo, headline, and LinkedIn member identifier
- Organization/Page data: LinkedIn Company or Organization Page details you manage, including page name, logo, and page identifier
- Content data: Posts, articles, and other content you create, edit, schedule, or publish through PostBold
- Analytics data: Post performance metrics, engagement statistics, and related analytics provided by LinkedIn for content you manage through PostBold
- Authentication tokens: OAuth access tokens required to maintain your LinkedIn connection
4.2 How We Use LinkedIn Data
We use LinkedIn data solely to:
- Authenticate your LinkedIn account connection
- Enable you to create, preview, schedule, and publish LinkedIn content

4.5 Withdrawing LinkedIn Authorization

Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your LinkedIn data and will delete stored LinkedIn data in accordance with Section 10.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and associated personal data
- Delete all stored LinkedIn data, including OAuth tokens, profile data, content, and analytics
- Revoke any active LinkedIn API access tokens on our systems
- Confirm deletion by email within 30 days of your request
Some data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form, or where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).
